Vita Meena is made up of some vitamins and minerals that are sensitive to heat, adding it while the food is still hot might diminish or completely obliterate the effects of the heat-sensitive vitamins and minerals. Before adding to your child’s meal, wait until the food cools down or until it is lukewarm.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), one sachet per day for a minimum of 2 months is the recommended usage of MNP.
Batay sa World Health Organization (WHO), isang pakete ng MNP sa isang araw sa loob ng dalawang buwan ang pwedeng ibigay sa inyong anak.
Separate or prepare the exact portion or amount of food that your child can finish completely. Add the whole contents of one sachet to the food and mix it well. Do not feed the MNP directly to the child and avoid adding one sachet to the meal that the whole family will be sharing.
Overdosing is not possible. Some minerals and vitamins are stored in the body, whereas for water-soluble vitamins, the excess is excreted by the body. However, it is advisable for a child to consume ONLY 1 (one) sachet per day, as this already met more than 40% of the Recommended Energy and Nutrient Intake (RENI) of vitamins and minerals of a child per day.
