Pasig, June 18, 2025  — Philippine Nutri-Foods Corporation (PNFC) proudly joined TBPeople Philippines to promote TB awareness at Ayala Malls Feliz, strengthening its long-standing commitment to public health advocacy. Invited as a sponsor of the TB in the Workplace event, PNFC transformed its participation into an engaging booth activation while actively supporting the campaign’s educational efforts.

During the event, PNFC distributed brochures tailored for pregnant and lactating women, and at the same time provided loot bags containing its products to further introduce families to its nutrition solutions. The sales and marketing team welcomed meaningful conversations with attendees, and notably shared that it was their first time encountering so many expectant mothers and fathers in one venue. Because of this unique opportunity, PNFC was able to discuss children’s health, mothers’ wellness, and the critical importance of proper nutrition during pregnancy.

Moreover, the event served as a valuable platform to emphasize the significance of the first 1,000 days, since early nutrition plays a crucial role in long-term growth and development. PNFC representatives also guided parents on where they can seek support throughout their pregnancy journey, thereby extending the advocacy beyond products and into education and empowerment.

PNFC’s participation in this TB awareness initiative also highlighted its enduring partnership with TBPeople Philippines. In previous years, PNFC collaborated with the Department of Health on research involving fortified food specifically designed for individuals with tuberculosis, and today its production team continues refining and improving fortified food formulations to better serve vulnerable communities.

Notably, PNFC shared the event space with Southstar Drug, a potential partner, which opened further opportunities for collaboration and wider product accessibility. PNFC is committed to advancing TB awareness while promoting maternal and child nutrition nationwide.
